- Motion 5.13.2022 by Buddy: I move that we maintain a prudent reserve equal to the amount of this year's annual fees, and donate the balance of the U.S. Treasurer's account to WSO. (NOTE: I sent invoices to Shelley yesterday for a total of $238.12 for our annual Gaggle and website expenses.) Seconded by Kate. Passed unanimously.
